Starting to backup your data for the first time or switching from you current backup process is very easy. 
We look after you every step of the way.
You'll speak to the same backup professional from planning to implmentation.
Simply contact us using any method on this website and we'll arrange to do everything for you.

	We'll arrange to either come to you or remotely access your computer to get an idea of data plan size. We also have a tool that you can access to get an idea of the amount of data that you have. Depending on the above we'll arrange for a day to do your backup installation. You'll be required to sign our agreement and a direct debit agreement for the backup plan amount.
	On the installation day we will logon remotely or arrive at your office. We will look at your systems and suggest the exact data that we think that you should put into the backup. We will de-commission your current back system for free if you require it. We will install our software on your computers and leave you a copy of the installer. We will set the first backup to run. If you have a lot of data to backup, we will leave a portable hard disk to backup to which will then be collected and taken to our data centre to be uploaded. This saves the long transfer time that a lot of data might cause and gets you up and running as quickly as possible.
	We will set the backup to run at the best possible time for you. The backup system is completely automated and requires no user intervention. You can backup as often or as little as you wish. We will discuss this with you. All invoices are automatically emailed to your contract address and payments are taken by direct debit.
	We will send you an email to tell you that your backup has been successful. We are proactive. Therefore we monitor your backup daily without the need to log in to your network. If there is a problem then we'll call you to let you know or fix it straightaway.
