What else do you get for your money? - We don't charge extra for separate modules, you get all modules for complete backup of all of your data.

- 'Man with Van' support for delivery of complete dataset within 4 hours of contacting us*, much sooner if it data is smaller and can be downloaded.

* We have the van, we have the man, we are in Dublin, the data centres are in Dublin, however traffic, restore times and data centre entry restrictions have to be taken into account and sometimes conspire against us all! We haven't missed the time window yet (in 7 years) but there is always a first time.
** We might insist on an on-site install if you have large amounts of data. Equally, if your data requirement is quite small then we might ask to do the initial setup online. *** We take each case on it's merits. We usually understand pretty quickly the reason for a failure and if it only requires a simple adjustment to your setup then we will do it automatically without the need to bother you.
